Section 20(3) in The Assam Fixation of Ceiling on Land Holdings Rules, 1957
(3)Where the registering authority does not take action under sub-section (3) of Section 20 he shall after registering of the document evidencing the transaction forward two copies of the declaration to the Collector or any other Officer authorised in this behalf.
