Section 235(1) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)No person shall, without the previous permission of the Chief Executive Officer, use or materially alter, enlarge or extend the use of any premises as a warehouse or godown or for running a goods transport business either by his own carriers or by arrangement with the owners of such carriers.
