1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations shall be called the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Energy Certificate and Renewable Purchase Obligation Compliance Framework) Regulations, 2010.(2)These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)These Regulations shall apply throughout the State of Rajasthan.
