newspapers as the writ of summons has returned unserved which appears in the service report dated 24th August, 2018.
Considering the prayer made by the counsel for the plaintiff and the service report of the Deputy Sheriff of Calcutta, prayers in terms of [a], [b] and [c] of the application are allowed.
