27. Power to make rules.
- The Bar Council may, with the previous approval of the Government by notification in the official Gazette, make Rules for the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.Note: (1) [Word or words added in Hindi is/are added by Act No. 5 of 1990](2)Amendments by Bihar Act No. 13, 2003 are also incorporated herein.
