Section 24(1) in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 1955
(1)If it appears at any time during or at the end of the period of probation that an officer has not made sufficient use of his opportunities or if he has otherwise failed to give satisfaction, the Governor may dispense with his service:Provided that the Court, may, in special cases, extend the period of probation of such officer for a specified period not exceeding one year.
