Section 11(1) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(1)The Council may with the previous sanction of the Government appoint a person with agricultural qualification as Secretary of the Council, who shall also act as Treasurer unless the Council appoints any other person as Treasurer. The Council may also appoint such other officers and employees as it may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
