Section 2(a) in The U.P. Exercise Books Order, 1977
(a)"exercise book" means any exercise book or examination answer-book fabricated with the concessional rate, cultural variety of white printing paper made available by the Central Government direct or through the State Government, and mentioned in the Schedule;
