Section 25AAA(7) in Maharashtra Public Trust Rules, 1951

(7)The Rule prescribed in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for arrest and detention of a judgment debtor in civil prison shall apply for arrest and detention of the person who has committed breach of the Rule.
