Section 51(e) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(e)when a juvenile in an institution dies, the valuable and other articles left by the deceased and the money deposited in the name of the juvenile shall be handed over by the Officer Incharge to any person who establishes his claim thereto and executes an indemnity bond ;
