(1)A Chairman, Secretary or members nominated under section 4 shall hold office for a term of four years and shall be eligible for re-nomination.(2)The nomination of Chairman, Secretary and the members shall be notified in the Gazette and the term of office shall commence from such date as may be notified in this behalf :Provided that the Board may remove from office any of its members who, in its opinion, has failed to perform or is unable to carry out his duties or has so abused his position as a member of the Board as to render his continuance as such detrimental to the interest of the Public or the Bhudan Yagna.
