- The Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta may, by general or special order, in writing, direct that any powers or duties of administrative nature (except the power to make reports to the Governor under Section 12), may also be exercised or discharged by such of the officers, employees or agencies referred t6 in Section 14, as may be specified in the order.
