Section 9(2) in Tripura Value Added Tax Rules, 2005
(2)The members of the Tribunal shall ordinarily hold office for a period of three years from the date of their appointment, and the terms and conditions of their service shall be such as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.Provided that the State Government may from time to time renew the period of appointment of any of the members for such period as it may think fit.
