Section 9(2) in Special Marriage (High Court) Rules, 1955
(2)The next friend shall file an affidavit alongwith the petition which shall state the age of the minor, that the next friend has no adverse interest to that of the minor and that the next friend is otherwise a fit and proper person to act as such.
