Every prize amount shall be claimed by submitting a claim bill for the prize amount in Form O.S.L.-I together with the prize winning ticket. Winners of prizes exceeding Rs. 1,000 shall claim the prize amounts from the Director of State Lotteries only. Other prizes shall be arranged to be disbursed by the Sole Managing Agent.
