This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to monitor the enquiry and act in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of Whistle Blowers Act in the light of the communication issued by the third respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
