Section 2(l) in National Highways (Fees for the use of National Highway Section and Permanent Bridge-Public Funded Projects) Rules, 1997
(l)Sectional Officer/Junior Engineer means theofficer of the State Public Works Department (Roads and Building) or any otherdepartment dealing with National Highway having that designationor equivalent and being in-charge of a particular road or permanent bridgelocated on a National Highway .
