Section 52(1)(a) in The Registration Act, 1977 (1920 A.D.)

(a)The day, hour and place of presentation, [hour, the photograph and thumb impression affixed under section 32-A] [Inserted by Act No. XIII of 2011, dated 25th April, 2011.] and the signature of every person presenting a document for registration, shall be endorsed on every such document at the time of presenting it;
