Section 2(1)(x) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Access Code for Common Carrier or Contract Carrier Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008

(x)"unit of measurement" means unit for measurement of quantity of gas and shall be in million British thermal units (MMBTU) or Kilo calories.
