Section 55 in The Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970
55. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty in giving effect to the said provisions of this Act in their application to a zone or a local area, the Government may by order make such provisions or give such direction not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appears to the Government to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
