Section 35(1) in Jagan Nath University, Jaipur Act, 2008
(1)The University shall strive to declare the results of every examination conducted by it within thirty days from the last date of the examination for that particular course and shall in any case declare the results latest within forty-five days from such date:Provided that if, for any reason whatsoever, the University has been unable to follow this schedule, it shall, as soon as practicable, submit a report to the State Government incorporating the reasons for making a departure from the published schedule. The Government may, thereon, issue such directions as it may deem fit.
