Section 6(x) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(x)to enter into agreements with Department of Fisheries or any other organization / agency to operate facilities like Aqua Park or knowledge park and others for using them for hands-on training, incubation centers etc., for overall development of Fisheries in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
