- If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the State Government may as occasions may, require, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the Statutes, which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the doubt or difficulty.Provided that no order shall be issued under this section after the expiration of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.[Inserted by the OU (Amendment) Act, 1993.][Substitution by the O.U.
