Section 11(h) in Jammu and Kashmir Specified Wakafs and Specified Wakaf Properties (Management and Regulation) Act, 2004
(h)authorize any officer or employee subordinate to it to exercise such powers, except its powers under sub-section (2) of section 8 and section 25, as the Board may delegate;
