Section 375 in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
375. Meeting of Citizens within the jurisdiction of Borough Committee.
(1)The Corporation shall convene a meeting of the citizens in each area covered by a Borough Committee once a year for placing its annual administration report and annual financial statement for public information and deliberation thereon.(2)The views of the citizens on the said report and the said statement shall be recorded and considered in such manner as may be prescribed.
