(1)This Ordinance may be called the Enemy Agents Ordinance, 2005.(2)It extends to the whole of the Jammu and Kashmir State and applies also to subjects and servants of the State outside the Jammu and Kashmir State wherever they may be.(3)It shall come into force at once.
