Section 10(1)(ii) in Haryana Municipal (Control of Vehicles and Carts Drawn By Animals) Bye-laws, 1978

(ii)that he shall not use or suffer to be used any animal to draw the licenced vehicle, which has not been approved by the licensing officer or any animal which is lame or has sores or is otherwise unfit for work;
