Challenge in this petition is to the F.I.R lodged at case crime no. 194 of 2010 under section 395, 397, 342, 447, 414 and 506 IPC P.S. Nazeerabad District Kanpur Nagar.
Counter affidasvit filed be placed on record. We have perused the counter affidavit and also the injury report annexed thereto.
