This Miscellaneous First Appeal filed Under Section 54(1) of the Land
Acquisition Act, against the Judgment and Award dated 28.07.2015 passed in
LAC No.36/2012 on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge & JMFC,
Bagalkot.
This appeal coming on for orders this day, the Hon'ble Court passed the
following;

Two weeks' time is granted for compliance of the office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Advocates' Association Library Fund, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad, failing which the appeal stands dismissed without reference to bench.
