Section 10(1) in The Organic Agricultural Produce Grading and Marking Rules, 2009
(1)The Authorised Inspection and Certification Agency shall submit an annual report containing the turnover, financial, staff, number of projects certified, under certificate on and products exported in terms of quantity and value to the Agricultural Marketing Adviser.
