Section 26(9) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities (Hill Stations) Building Rules, 1993
(9)The committee shall examine the applications for construction of buildings in the hill stations and submit its recommendations to the Government within sixty days from the date of receipt of the application from the executive authority either approving the building or refusing it and suggest modification to the proposals.
