Section 30 in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
30. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be maintainable against the Authority, any member or officer or employee thereof or any person acting under the direction of the Authority in respect of anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
