Section 13(1) in The Rajasthan Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1969
(1)After a decision is taken by the Court as to the number of persons to be recruited by promotion, the selection shall be made by the Court from amongst the members of the Rajasthan Judicial Service who satisfy the criterian laid down in rule 12.
