                           RUSIA passed the following:
                                                              ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking restoration of Writ Appeal No.2047/2019 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of common condition order dated 12.03.2020. Since there is a delay in filing this petition hence, application I.A No.6459/2022 for condonation of delay has been filed.

Ms. Kirti Patwardan, learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application for condonation of delay.

T h e writ appeal was dismissed on 12.03.2020 and thereafter due to Covid-19 there was a lockdown and the Apex Court in SUO MOTU Writ Petition (C) No.3 of 2020 and other connected matters has extended the period of Limitation for filing cases before all the courts.

Keeping in view the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed and the delay caused is hereby condoned. The MCC is also hereby allowed and the writ appeal is restored to its original number.

Let copy of this order be placed in the record of W.A. No.2047/2019.
