Section 8(ii) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(ii)When appointments are made on the basis of a competitive examination or test, names of the successful candidates shall be arranged in the order of the merit as determined by the number of marks obtained in the examination or test and their seniority will be in the order of merit so determined.
