Section 15(ix) in Rajasthan Go-Seva Ayog Act, 1995
(ix)provide financial assistance to deserving Goushalas, Gosadans governed by the provisions of the Rajasthan Goushala Act, 1960 (Rajasthan Act 24 of 1960) or other non-governmental organisations, individuals which in the opinion of the commission are engaged in the welfare of bovine animals, as also for propagation of non conventional energy like bio-gas from dung and urine of bovine animals and other gainful uses through scientific tests or experiments:
