     This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of
India praying to direct the Respondent No-1 to 4 to take appropriate action
against the Respondent No-5 & 6 or persons claiming under them for the
illegal construction being carried out in violations of provisions of Karnataka
Municpal Corporation Act, 1976, by considering the representation
date: 18.1.2016, Vide Annexure-A.
