State of Uttarakhand - Subsection

Section 3(2)(a) in Uttarakhand Police (Amendment) Act, 2018

(a)In view to the prevalent revenue police provision and regular police provision in the State for the District of the Kumauon region a District Complaint Authority shall be constituted. The jurisdiction of this Authority shall be all the districts of the Kumaun region means Nainital, Udhamsingh Nagar, Almora, Bagchswar, Champawat and Pithoragarh.
