BY THE COURT:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an order of Lokayukta Annexure-7 and despite that the respondent No.3 District Collector, Sirohi is not proceeding in the matter. Learned counsel counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation to the respondents No.3 & 4 the District Collector, Sirohi and the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sirohi respectively ventilating his grievances and they may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

In this view of the matter, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents No.3 & 4, the District Collector, Sirohi and the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sirohi respectively ventilating his grievances and if such a representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents No.3 and 4 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law within one month therefrom.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
