(5)The person concerned shall, after the completion of the construction, obtain a certificate from the Director of Fire Services, [Chennai] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the City of Madras (Alteration of Name) Act, 1996 (Tamil Nadu Act 28 of 1996).], to the effect that the fire protecting and extinguishing systems have been installed in accordance with these rules and forward the same to the Commissioner, Corporation of [Chennai] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the City of Madras (Alteration of Name) Act, 1996 (Tamil Nadu Act 28 of 1996).].
