Section 2(k) in Punjab Urban Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964
(k)"transferee" means a person, including a firm or other body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, to whom a site or building is sold, leased or transferred in any manner whatsoever under this Act, and includes his successors and assignees;
