Section 8 in The Orissa Prize Competition Rules, 1955
8. Bar to transfer of licence.
- No licensee shall sell or otherwise transfer the licence granted to him or enter into any partnership with any person for the purpose of promoting or conducting a prize competition or prize competitions under such licence.
