(ii)to establish the main campus at Rajarhat New Town,North24-Parganas, West Bengal,and to have study centres,campuses,off-campus centres, off-shore campuses and regional centres at different places in India and abroad as per the norms and regulations of the University Grants Commission and other relevant Regulatory Bodies;
