11. Temporary association of persons with the Authority and Consultative and Co-ordination Committee for particular purposes.
- The Authority and the Consultative and Co-ordination Committee may associate with themselves in such manner and for such purpose as may be prescribed, and any person whose assistance or advice they may consider necessary in performing any of their functions defined under this Act.
