10. Repeal and Saving.
(1)The Tamil Nadu Appointment on preferential basis in the Services under the State of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium Ordinance, 2010 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance 3 of 2010) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
