Section 2(3) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation and Penalization of Unauthorizedly Constructed Buildings and Building Constructed in Deviation of the Sanctioned Plan Rules, 2007
(3)"Total Built up area" means the entire built up area covered in the building including common areas and balconies on all floors.
