Section 165(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)Panchayat shall form a committee consisting of three Panchas assisted by Secretary to conduct survey of trespassers in Abadi Land, tank bed and grazing grounds in the months of January and July every year to detect cases of trespass on common lands.
