                                                          ORDER

The petitioner herein, who is running a Textile Mill, wants police protection while he reconstruct the compound wall which collapsed on 08.08.2022. The same was objected by the neighbouring land owner on the ground that the piece of land where the petitioner herein intend to put up compound wall belongs to him and not to the petitioner.

2. Perusal of the record, complaint and the statement given by the neighbour to the police clearly indicates that there is a dispute regarding the boundaries of the property between the petitioner and his neighbour. The neighbour has given a statement that if the petitioner wants to put up the compound wall in the land of the petitioner, he has no objection. In the said circumstances, blanket order cannot be given to the petitioner. It is always open to the petitioner herein to put up compound wall in his land after ascertaining the boundaries while constructing the compound wall. If there is any law and order issue, the police shall take appropriate action.
