Section 9(3) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(3)During any vacancy in the Council, the continuing members may act, as if no vacancy had occurred:Provided that, the number of vacancies shall at no time exceed seven.
