Section 23(2)(a) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965

(a)[ A co-operative society which is a member of another cooperative society shall, subject to any rules made under this Act, be represented by its Chairman or, in his absence, by the Vice- Chairman to vote on its behalf in the affairs of that other society: [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 14 of 1991 [24.9.91].]
